Monday, 9/5: 7 hrs manual labor (finishing up the landscaping of the parking strip)

Tuesday, 9/6: 30 min strength (core and legs emphasis), 1 hr easy rollerski + fartlek intervals (City Creek Canyon)

Wednesday, 9/7: 1 hr easy run (Shoreline Trail), 10 minute abs

Thursday, 9/8: travel to Hanover for DOC trips (J59)!
